Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thaicarehomespa.com and the Thai home massage services provided by Thai Care Home Services L.L.C. ("Thai Care", "we", "us") in Dubai, UAE. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance, though same-day appointments are offered subject to therapist availability. A confirmed appointment time and location is required before a therapist is dispatched.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time whenever possible, so we can reallocate our therapists' schedules accordingly.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for each service are listed on our Pricing page and are quoted in AED. Payment is made directly to your therapist upon completion of the session via cash or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed at time of booking.

Client Conduct

Thai Care therapists provide professional, licensed massage therapy only. Any inappropriate conduct toward a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
